Mission and Vision
- Create academic excellence by ensuring that all students have a high quality personalized learning experience and regular personal contact with teaching faculty
- Pursue impartial and transparent admission procedure to identify and select the students from poor families
- Increase the women students from the village
- Improve the quality and range of student support services
- Initiate virtual class room, bridge courses and e-learning programmes in the campus
- Enhance and strengthen the computer, e-learning and web based education
- Involve the UG level students into research
- To promote inter-disciplinary / multi-disciplinary knowledge, research, industry oriented research
- Create the new infrastructural facilities viz. Separate research laboratories for Physics and Chemistry, e-learning section in library, special virtual class room, separate dark room for Physics, additional library reading section for staff and students, Special conference hall, guest house, recreation of sports centre, few lecture halls of large size, special cafeteria, additional sanitation, roof water harvesting plants, tree plantations, solar panels, etc.
- Renovate the existing infrastructure viz. flooring, coloring, minor repairing, electrification, plumbing, sanitation, etc.
- To establish the green house
- To arrange and organize the training and skill development activities for all teaching and non-teaching staff enabling them to develop their skills and abilities in rendering their present duties and ensure safe and effective work in future.
To impart the qualitative higher education to the students of all sects from the society of rural region, to develop their intellectual, social, and moral characters at their best level and to make them educationists, researchers, technologists and best citizens to serve the Nation.
