4. Original sports / extra curricular activities certificate for verification only (state & national level).
5. Original ex-servicemen certificate for verification only.
6. One colour photo of parents / guardians is to be affixed on the admission form.
7. Two colour passport size photo for identity card.
8. Photocopy of ration card / telephone bill / electricity bill for residential address proof.
9. Photocopy of AADHAAR card
